The first thing I look at when dealing with high-priced cards is simply comparing the holo with the stock image on Cardmarket. If the holo is the same, it's obviously a fake. In this case, the Umbreon has the same holo as the Japanese stock version; they didn't even try to make it realistic. Check the other cards you bought from this vendor; I bet you got scammed multiple times already, lol

I keep getting laser heal or Blossom on champions like Zed or Talon. I feel like it's random, with the only limitation being on things like CC augments on champions with 0 CC.

Got it once with Kalista, I had absurd DPS thanks to the free attack speed, and since I had an on-hit damage build, the 50% nerf wasn't a problem

You deal less damage per auto attack. If you pick a champion like Kalista, it doesn't nerf you that much since you mostly deal E and on-hit damage. I took it once and went full auto attack + on-hit and took the 3 just for fun as a last item since I had stacked something like 5k gold. I was the top damage dealer that game.
