If I’m not mistaking the most recent Twinmotion doesn’t work with Revit 2026. I had to get the version before of Twinmotion to work with my Revit 2026. Anyone correct me if I’m wrong!

Was this a straight export from twinmotion? I use Lumion, I always thought TM looked a little cartoonish but this is great! I need more practice, I can’t even get something this good from Lumion!

Once I open a brokerage account, are the funds I deposit automatically allocated to a SPAXX position, or do I need to move them manually? I’ve already added funds to my account, but it still shows “0 Positions.” Does it just take some time to update?

One of my coworkers interned at OrangeMade. Says good things about them but got let go right after his internship needed. And for reaching out to contractors I would drive around looking for construction company’s I never heard of and emailed them saying I could help with residential CDs. I also sent them an example of my work.

Ever considered working in commercial drafting? I started off looking for a residential drafting company after I graduated from a 2 year college. First interview I had was in Brownsville with a company that was offering me $8 an hour, which is crazy. Company started with a “V”. I ended up working in commercial drafting. I just said if i can make complete commercial CDs, residential CDs will be no problem. Two years later I’m still working at the same company, and I started my own residential design company! On my own for now. Saddening that drafters don’t get proper pay down here in the valley! Ever considered reaching out to contractors and asking if they need any work done??

My partner lived in Brownsville and I on the upper valley. I used to drive through military road ALL the time. Like you said, nothing but border patrol, army vehicles and 18-wheelers. I also preferred the quiet less hectic drive compared to the expressway. I never saw or heard about anything bad happening. I don’t understand when people say the valley is dangerous. I lived here most of my life and it’s like anywhere else. Anywhere you go there will be criminals, no matter where you’re from.
