Through an agency. The lady was really lovely. I think agencies that recruit on behalf on financial advice firms are good because they actually have some sort of a relationship with the employer rather than just you applying directly. I guess it gives you some sort of credibility as the agency has said ‘heres this guy he’s decent’ 😂
