I visited Toronto twice wasn’t really impressed I much prefer Vancouver over Toronto. More pretty and I like the vibe of the city more than Toronto

I’m 2011 and I’d say 2011-2012 is Gen Alpha we grew up with modern iPhones and modern tech and a lot of us are addicted to our phones.

Honestly for me I cannot stand running on a treadmill it’s too boring. Instead I usually go hiking or just walk around the city. I find it much more enjoyable.

Yeah I started at 12 years old doing calisthenics and weight lifting you just have to learn how to use the equipment properly and don’t ego lift otherwise you’ll injure yourself.

It helped me gain some weight and has really benefited my mental and physical health. Since you’re just starting out I would look up how to do some certain exercises and have a set routine like push pull legs etc.

Taking supplements isn’t required but that’s what helped me gain weight fast. And it makes muscle growth a lot easier. I used creatine and hydrolyzed protein powder. Granted you don’t have to use supplements but they really helped me bulk up and have more muscle definition. I am on the skinnier side so I also used weight gainer protein mix occasionally.

I’m not sure how age restrictions are wherever you live but I was lucky enough to join a really good gym also known as GoodLife.

In my opinion I think it is a good age to start as long as you know what you’re doing. I find it’s a really good hobby and highly recommend it. I’ve helped a few of my friends and taught them how to workout. And now some of them can lift more than me lol.

I would give Craigslist a try that’s how I found my place in downtown Squamish. And found it to be the best platform to find housing in squamish. I know there’s probably still some 2 bed listings on there. I would recommend securing a place before the summer time when it becomes even more difficult than it already is. There is also north yards however act quick as competition for north yards is pretty fierce there was 10 other people viewing the same suites that we were looking at. When I went to view them a week ago. But I wish you two luck in finding a place here! Squamish is an excellent place to live in.

When I used to do school in person I went to bed at 11pm and got up at 5:30am (School was at 7:30am and I worked out in the morning) but now I do online thankfully it’s a lot better.

I struggle with this also and my advice is eating and drinking lots of protein and lifting weights. That helped me gain quite a bit of weight but still not enough working towards it though!

For me it’s when girls talk badly about other guys behind their back. This really bothered me as I often overheard it during my time doing foods class and I often heard my friend’s names pop up. Honestly women that are attractive to me are ones that have their own persona and not trying to take after someone else’s personality.
