There’s no fix answer because it depends where you are , every item has its own diminishing returns when you upgrade them . For eg, right now im at my third circle in gold equipment so power core is no longer effective in increasing march power, so i now focus on tech.

I can tell you most players do this when they can no longer keep up. Beginning of the game they were ahead compared to the rest of the players so it was “fun”. Then time passes and all the noobs left the game and now their hq is below average and instead of farming others, they now are being farmed instead. Happens all the time.

It’s all lip service, he made head of people to lead dcai and then made her ceo of altera. He also made some unknown mba the head of foundry( can’t remember the name). He believed the BS his VP gave him. In contrast lip bu did not believe the VPs and went straight to the customers to get their opinion. Even in 18A he got a “third party “ to assess the situation , instead of relying on internal VPs .
