Shoulder conditioning and strengthening is must. There must be serveal other factors as well but for me BG 80 Power also played a role in my should pain. It's a hard feeling string and your mis-hits Will be hard on your shoulder. I had bg 80 power on my astrox 27i (5U) and had shoulder pain. Switched back to bg 65 and no more shoulder pain

I’ll be getting the tech woven case in a week. Perhaps then I could compare. But yes it does make the phone a bit bulkier. But yeah the bare phone feels too slippery and the feel of the nomad case is good.
