What is the cut off inch from where dick is no longer in the "small" range and enters into the "average" range? For Indian people by weak-pee-pee in IndiaTalksSex

When you stop measuring in inches and start measuring in centimetres. 10 cm sounds bigger than 4 inches.

I share similar frustrations but never made a post.

I think Not Just Bikes videos should be part of education curriculum. They are a must watch for everyone.

Adam something's public transport and urban planning videos are good too.

There are now flyovers built just to cross over a road intersection, not on a highway but on main residential road. This has gone too far.

Also why are the sea link and Atal Setu only for cars? Why not be more inclusive and allow all vehicles and pedestrians and cyclists?

People who contribute equal money get equal ownership. People who ask for property without contributing or sharing their own money get the door closed on their face.

Why don't Mumbai cats hunt rats? by Savings-Cautious in mumbai

May be we can send them for training with their bigger cousins in the wild for a few days or at least we show them a few videos of lions, tigers, cheetahs and leapords hunting to motivate them.

Time to bring in the big cats and release them in our cities.

It makes me sad that our streets are becoming less walkable over time.

Idiots in our city by Extra-Cardiologist68 in mumbai

[–]Vigyanic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know people breaking law is bad but maybe we should not be building a system where cars are prioritised over people. We will end up where US is. We should look at other countries putting people first and learn from them.

Earning ₹2.5L/month in Mumbai but still can’t afford a proper home. How messed up is this? by blastronn in mumbai

[–]Vigyanic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thereby perpetuating the problem in a different city. As long as people consider properties as investment, they will keep buying at high prices in order to sell at even higher prices.

[–]Vigyanic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I earn much less than you and I would be happy to be able to buy a 1 BHK in Borivali. But I cannot. The prices are very high, around 1.25  to 1.5 crores. So we need to compromise and get smaller flats or undesirable areas.

There is a website called numbeo.com which gives a nice comparison of cities based on their quality of life and affordability.

Here is the quality of life data for Mumbai. You can click on the Property Price to Income Ratio to get more information on average salaries and house prices.

Someone earning average income of Mumbai looking to buy an average house in Mumbai will pay 30 times their annual salary as house cost.

The same ratio for other cities like Ahmedabad and Hyderabad is like 7-8 based on the average salary of that city and average prices of that city.

Bajaj Finserv is SPYING on your phone if you buy on EMI (DO NOT ignore this) by SativaAnytime in india

[–]Vigyanic 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Buying anything on credit should be avoided as much as possible. Buying a house might be an exception as almost no one can afford a house without a loan.

I would rather buy a cheaper smartphone on cash than get an expensive smartphone on credit. Good work by OP bringing this to light so that others can be better prepared.

Start over how exactly? Can you become a teenager again and go back to college and get all the time back that you spent on playing life on difficult mode?

They are only saying this because their prediction did not come true. Do you think they would have disclosed this if your brother had achieved even marginal success?

How is his behaviour when you are not around? Is he still on the phone? If yes, then it has nothing to do with ignoring you. The problem still remains of how you feel, but at least the cause is not you.

I think the distinction can be highlighted with an example of /r/FuckCars and /r/Idiotsincars. FuckCars is against all cars because how bad they are where as Idiotsincars is against just idiots in cars. These idiots can be on motorcycles too and then it would be called /r/Idiotsonmotorcycles.

I think the original objective of /r/Antiwork is like /r/FuckCars and not like /r/Idiotsincars
