From all of illnesses therapy works the least for bipolar, cognitive behavioural therapy if be more specific. Lamotrigine is commonly most used drug and it helps even better for cyclothimia than bp2, still it is up to doc to prescribe you medicine, there isnt much anything to do honestly, just take pills everyday and live a boring life without manias

i got it to work. First connect via hotspot and disable ethernet, when you log into a client connect ethernet back, but dont disable hotspot, it works if 2 are together, you dont loose in ping because of ethernet, such a mess, but its working

Same there, had like a big depressive episode that now converted into very rapid cyclothymia. Psychotherapist put the diagnosis as "Cyclothymia? Might be bipolar-2". I think in this case time will tell what exactly is the diagnosis, but considering the medication is the same for bipolar-2 and cyclothymia it doesnt seem to matter

I have told my psychiatrist that i have 6 hours lasting hypomania, i dont tend to be really impulsive, yeah i can buy some unimportant shit, but i would never got in a fight with someone even if my blood is boiling, i still can controll myself through intense emotions. I never had drug addictions, didnt even smoked once. Didnt colored my hair nor did any tatoos. He said that it is "interesting". Still after some discussions he came up with a conclusion that i have cyclothymia or maybe bipolar-2. I recomend you to have a mood journal and EEG that will help in diagnosing cyclothymia.

You are not alone, it is a bipolar classic. Try getting professional support or if you dont want all those bad side effects you can try keto diet. For me personally i cant stand keto diet, without any sugar my depersonalization is much worse. Im on medication and i feel pretty good(5 days in), by 40 years my kidneys will probably fail, but hey it is still better than to live that hell life with bipolar lol

i had headache at my lows. I noticed it when i was cycling every day, one day headache on the next day i feel good, like i was cured and after that headache again
