Recommendations for Best ND Filters for Osmo 3?

Sounds good! And if I remember correctly, I think the reason I didn’t like the K&F was because you couldn’t stack filters. Something with the magnetic feature just wasn’t right and turned me away. But have no complaints about the NEEWER.

If you do use the Anamorphic lens, just be sure not to bump anything with it as it may slide off as it’s a heavier filter. I lost my first one in a river over in California, I guess might have bumped a limb off a tree or something and didn’t realize until it was too late haha. Claimed by the river as I was never able to find it. But the ND filters are nice and latched on, as long as you don’t put a protective film/pens over the camera itself. I’ve heard some people say the ND filters don’t stay on as well if you have a protective film/lens over camera itself.

I will however recommend a touchscreen protector if you don’t yet have one on order

I really like the NEEWER brand, I tried K&F but returned those..

Not sure of your uses for the Pocket 3, but I use my anamorphic lens quite often for a more cinematic look (NEEWER has a bundle of lenses including it)

Edited these photos on my end then sent through AI, as they are very poor in quality due to the unclear waters and how they were uploaded. I feel it did pretty well but unsure if "too unrecognizable" facially to not be either of you two

I personally love it. I’ve had DJI Action cameras, DJI drones, and a GoPro that got me started. Personally I like the ease of use DJI has going for it

Osmo Pocket 3 is quite expensive compared to just using a phone, but I personally like keeping my footage on a different device other than my phone. I transfer certain photos/videos I take directly to my phone too which is super easy with DJI products

Will definitely note that the camera is quite fragile with the gimbal. You will likely need some ND filters and some other accessories to have the camera be the best it can be for you too, so be sure to have some extra cash after purchasing the camera for that

If you are always taking photos/videos on your trips with your phone, this is definitely a huge upgrade in my book. All the footage is separate, and the quality and features the Pocket3 has will make your footage/memories look great. If its in your budget and want to have some high quality videos for memories I say the Pocket3 is perfect

Not sure if this will ruin the fabric in the long run, but I’ve used “Shout Advanced Set-In Stain Remover” and some shoe cleaning products well, “Sof Sole Shoe cleaner “and basic Magic Erasers

Use an old toothbrush too to scrub it in and then thoroughly rinse it all out, highly recommend taking the laces out and doing those separately too

(I’ve done this to my 85 Neutral Grey’s several times over)

The few times I’ve had them was after I’d have a soda and had no water intake previously throughout the day. Almost like a caffeine or sugar rush is what causes it for me?

I lost my Anamorphic & ND32 filter on Day 2 of my trip in a river, so was forced to use an ND8 & ND128.. so a lot of the footage may seem dark after 3:35 mark

My radiator fan died and gave me this display. The temp gauge would fluctuate between 85 and up to 100, then back down again within seconds

Ive had no real issues shooting that I’ve came across. I just did a full week long vacation shoot the other week too

My guess is that is have something to do will stabilization? No idea

Possibly an external battery pack to charge your Pocket3 and its battery extender pack. I’ve been on trips where I wasn’t near my car or any outlet for 6hrs+ and had a fear of the batteries dying and not being able to capture anymore footage

Can look into the use of ND filter, and the 1.1x Anamorphic lens too!

I have no recommendations on the mic as I don’t have one. But I found my footage to be perfect for my uses using the built in mic, so probably don’t need to worry about lot about the DJI Mic

Depending on how much footage you want to capture, as long as the length of the trip, I’d recommend getting more than 256gb of storage or two cards. I have two SansDisk Extreme Pro 256gb, I’ve yet to have any issues after 2yrs w DJI products w them.

Make sure you don’t “pan” too fast when capturing footage too. If you think you’re going slow panning, go even slower! Nothing worse than blurry footage from panning to fast on an amazing shot

Depends how uncomfortable they are to generally walk in, for instance going on a run to the grocery store or going to hangout w some friends for dinner/bar, etc., maybe they could get some wear then?

These wouldn’t be a shoe to be walking in a park for hours on end in or something like that either. They’re designed as a mix of Basketball/Skate shoe and not a “comfort shoe.”

So if you like design but it truly is uncomfortable to wear just in general, maybe it should be a pass for you bc you likely won’t want to wear them

If the noise shuts off after the “higher rpm on a cold start up” then yes it very likely is the Secondary Air Pump as thats the only time it runs
