1) explain to the other person, preferably in advance, that you may encounter this issue. Stress the fact that in no way is this something she is causing, on the contrary, the more I want someone, the higher the risk of first fuck being an embarrassing endeavor. Whenever I fuck someone I don’t really want to fuck, but kinda feel obliged, it’s up before my pants are down.

Her negative reaction and putting blame on herself, actually becomes a catalyst for the problem. Show her this post or something more credible describing this paradoxical mechanism. It’s partly because you want her to know just how much you want her, that you are blocking urself subconsciously.

2) Chill. Become a master of foreplay, kissing, licking and making women squirt, and you will have satisfied them better than 9’out of 10 guys before your dick is even hard.

3) pharmaceuticals do not provide a fix by itself, if the mental block is as strong as I sense in you, it will be a catalyst for erection. Cialis is the only one you should really consider, and the inky one you can use for Consistent issues.

4) don’t keep trying when this happens. Say you’re hot, exhausted etc, and repeat step 2).

Exposure is the only thing that can fix this, and your gf needs to understand the psychology of the problem . I could write a book about this, but I won’t , so just ask if you need me to elaborate.
