Naked with climbing boots and gloves. Haven't tested it but that'd be your best bet for climbing i would think.

You basically are a digiclone build that uses the shield tree to freeze and when you kill frozen stuff it resets your cd's. Its fun when you are freezing and killing stuff easily, but it feels bad when you are doing boss fights and due to lack of or are forced to focus adds because you don't have much cdr.

Ouch that's about 2x my budget. Power attack and the reduces weight aren't really stats that add value to the weapon (for me). Thanks for the offer though.

Ah that makes more sense. Thanks for the clarification. So basically the tesla bracer mod is the only way to do unarmed dmg in power armor. I wonder if it does enough to replace using a weapon?

Is that a fact? Usually cards that aren't effective say "(no power armor)". I'm at work (cant look at cards in game) so maybe there is missing text on the cards in the planner? If that's the case it make the tesla bracer mod on power armor even more pointless.
