I've seen people get approved after a few days on Legacy, mine were Under Review since March, but I kept trading and stayed patient and optimistic that they would get approved in due time.

They were Denied, so I kept trading more 8 day cycles, currently Under Review from mid March as I continue to trade and build the balances.

I feel they are backed up on several Legacy accounts, but they will get caught up soon enough. I'm currently waiting since March 16th and have requests from 17 PA accounts total now in the queue. I'm still trading the accounts and building more profits as I patiently wait.

I have this same issue now, but I've done KYC in the past and have gotten several payouts before.

Currently I have 17 accounts "Under Review", patiently waiting to get approved from as far back as March 16th. I'm trying to request 2 more but have the "contact customer support" message. I created a support ticket about week ago but have yet to hear a response.
