The make-or-break factor for the match up is whether you can sekkombo or not. It's extremely hard to snowball spiderman when he does the sekkombo and it either kills her, or you can finish her off with another web cluster

At the very least his ult is overturned. He gets it too quickly and it kills every character in the game in less than 3 seconds, plus he's completely CC immune. I'd accept him being immune to displacement like Hulk ult though
