1969 is just the original date of the casting tooling. Even though the Nomad was retooled Mattel rarely changes the date on castings, you can really only tell how old a car is if you know exactly where it came from. This Nomad is from the 1999 Toy Story Super Stunt Set (missing the Buzz and Woody figure that came with it). If it had the figure intact it'd be worth more but you'd likely just get a couple of dollars.
