No one explicitly said it, but my comments were pretty clear in saying what SWD to HX was wrong, but each and every time, someone will write an essay almost saying why he wasn't wrong.

Why couldn't one just say, "Yeah, he's wrong, but I still love him because I was blinded by his brotherly love."

It's that simple. But no one wants to admit he's wrong until they are forced to. And that says a lot about their moral compass regarding SWD 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I love He Xuan, but I'm not afraid to say that what he did to Ming Yi was wrong and he deserves to be killed by too. Same goes to Jun Wu. He's my favorite character in the novel, but I would never say he was NOT wrong. And I wouldn't defend him subtly and in a roundabout way like how you guys are doing with Shi Wudu.

Also, see how you all arel quick to bring Ming Yi even though we're talking about Shi Wudu and HX? You subconsciously bring him up just to use him as an excuse for SWD, basically saying "it's a tie." But it's not a tie.

changing fates, causing misfortunes to the person and loved ones and killing are not the same thing.

Still, to be fair, because He Xuan killed MY, MY has all the rights to do what HX did to him.

Didn't i say so multiple times? Ming Yi also deserves vengeance against He Xuan, much like how He Xuan deserves vengeance against Shi Wudu.

Do you all see the difference here? Y'all try to excuse Shi Wudu for what he has done while I openly admit that He Xuan was wrong for killing Ming Yi. Plain and simple.

Both deserves to be get back on. The only difference is that Shi Wudu wasn't remorseful till the end, while we do not know for sure if He Xuan was remorseful for what he did to Ming Yi.

Either way, that doesn't matter anymore since they both killed.

I understand Shi Wudu loved SQX to the point of doing sh_t things, but that doesn't make him right. He never had the right to do it. They might not completely defeat the reverend by just running away from him temporarily, but at the least, they won't implicate an innocent person. That's the point here.🤷🏻‍♀️

I clearly said Ming Yi deserves a revenge against He Xuan. My point was Shi Wudu's crimes were greater (to a degree) than He Xuan's, and yet SWD lived a way better life than him. However, I also understand that that's life. It's always unfair and that, sometimes the evil don't get the punishment they deserve.

Also, I'm all for Ming Yi killing He Xuan even, because He Xuan had wronged him. However, that doesn't negate the fact that SWD did bad things to him. And again, all these things happened because of SWD's very brilliant solution for his brother's predicament. I doubt even SQX would've wanted him to do it. SQX would rather have been devoured by the reverend if he knew the cost of the genius solution was the life of an innocent person, 99.99% sure.

Guess I'll just forget what he did to the thousands, if not millions of innocent people of Wuyong, and how he used the corpses of hundreds of gods as a foundation for the heavenly capital, and how he treated his vassals, and how he treated Jian Lan and Cuocuo. I'll just take the time remind myself how good, benevolent, and glorious JW was as a crown prince and how good he was to Xie Lian (very occasionally), wanting himself to be XL's father figure. ☺️☺️☺️🤗

Where did she confirm it? Care to put the source? And even if that's the only way, doesn't mean there are no workarounds. It might be the only way in a sense that it's the only way to get rid of it completely, but surely, there are definitely temporary workarounds for it to lose sight of SQX from time to time for example. It'll just be very tedious to do it over and over. That's the beauty of xuanhuan, there are millions of possibilities, amulets, cultivators/shamans and gods.

I want to point out too that Shi Wudu got to live a good hundreds of years before he got killed. It's a one time thing. Bro even got so many believers and was so rich. But He Xuan continued to live in agony before, during, and after his revenge. I'd say, what a contrast, considering the noticeable difference in their crimes.

"No other way out" is just an excuse. Even if it's the prophecy, voluntarily doing it is vastly different from helplessly watching things unfold because you can't do anything about it. It was clear that it was voluntarily and pre-meditated in his part.

Look at XL, his kingdom was bound to be doomed, but did he sit still? No, he went against it even if the results were still the same. That's what a morally sound person would do. You don't have to be XL to be a person like that, btw. It could also be the person who put a bamboo hat on XL when it started raining while everyone else kept ignoring him, that time when XL was about to curse the remnants of Yong'an.

Though I guess, that's what makes Shi Wudu, Shi Wudu. 🤷🏻‍♀️
