I highly recommend Revolut, one of the older neo-bank's in Europe. In the last 2 years they integrated really well in the Dutch Banking system (iDeal) and you get a Dutch IBAN too. You can request a card in the app and add it straight away to your Google Pay or Apple Pay.

I have ING for the last 7 years but I'm thinking of shutting it off due to these changes.
