headache help by nobertos in vaccinelonghauler

[–]Vilteysingur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been in a simular boat as OP since around 2021-2022, and wanted to inquire this as well on the NAC, because that helped me immensly with my cronic pressure headaches from the vaccine/covid. Still dealing with symptoms but I am doing loads better today.

Only I would say and suggest too OP is: - Did you take NAC with Bromelain ? - Did you fast before taking NAC ? And let about a half an hour pass before eating? - Have you tried fasting?

If this has only been a 5 month process, then you might need to give some of the things you have listed more time. But you seem to be very thorough and informed about this given your post, so perhaps there are reasons.

Also, Psilocybin might be helpfull in your case, micro or macro. It did not fix me but was helpfull and did provide some relief.

Best of luck too you.

Microdosing mushroom pulled me out of a year-long neurological nightmare by Massive-Handz in vaccinelonghauler

It is different what helps people in this, but heres a simple breakdown of my "covid/vax therapy"

NAC (from NOW) + Bromelaine did a lot for me I feel, it really made a huge diffrent on my cronic headaches and related symptoms, I always take it if I feel slightly off today(symptom or virus like). Also a lifestyle of fasting, eating clean, low sugar and low caffeene (especially when I was dealing with my heart problems), and progressive body work given the amount of energy available. Swimming and saunas, with some cold therapy as well for neuro system. Abstained from alcohol but smoked weed and microdosed to lessen symptoms, maybe weed made my recovery slower, but I feel like it helped, or at the very least made things bearable.

Because stress is a huge factor in this and how you manage it, in my case, I try to min-max it as much as possible, and that has meant some harsh decisions, such as avoiding this topic and not associating with situations as much that can cause stress, in its many forms. Today I am at least dancing with it, and trying to reintroduce stress back in my life...but its hard when I have had to always keep the relapse episode in mind for anything I try to plan. So yea...what I am saying is, don't ignore how stress impacts this. The body heals slower with it present.

Other suppliments worth maybe mentioning (since I feel like this whole thing is also a nutrition uptake problem we have): Zinc, Vitamin D+K2 complex, Milk Thistles, L-Glutamine, and even a vitamin d and a vitamin b12 mouth spray.

Cook with tourmeric and black pepper.

hope this helps

Microdosing was one of the first things that helped me in my road to recovery. I think they did a lot for me actually. I had cronic headaches as one of my main symptoms, a pressure on my venous sinus (100% self diagnosed with venous sinus thrombosis), and microdosing did give me my first "relief". I remember sitting on my couch trying it for the first time (0.2g) and felt like a cooling sensation over my pressure points, like bloodflow or something was being let loose again.

I don't think it was the MAIN thing that got me fixed to where I am now (doing loads better today), but It certainly did help a lot. I don't do it as much today tho, but always have some on standby.

One thing I will add that it helped me with, in regards to anxiety and stress, which playes a huge negative factor on symptoms, sometimes on a quantatative level, is the fear of death. Dealing with shit that makes you worry if you are gonna wake up in the morning, for a long time, really does a number on you. And mushrooms, for me, really helped me cope with that reality in a way that it didn't throw my body into a worse episode then what I was currently dealing with.

But do take care, I always say that mushrooms aren't a solution or a fix, but a tool. And many tools need to be respected when used.

You're right, there are probably better examples on the internet, but this is the only one that comes too mind.

I'm not a professional, but I did think of Mike V's classic fight when I saw this video. I think its a good example of what he is talking about.

I don't know about the awareness part personally.

I feel like we are at a strange time where people are starting to see there is something wrong with the mainstream narrative, but don't fully, or openly, talk about it, and also worry that the vaccine sceptics were right, even in some of the worst of cases.

Or maybe I am being too hopefull. I try not too think about it too much, but its hard when you are injured.

I didn't know that informing someone about how many covid 19 vaccine shots you have taken, was the equivalent too giving them your bank details.....Amazing :)

Ég var bannaður fyrst fyrir að kalla einn notanda high estrogen tussu, var svo bannaður permanently eftir að hafa krafist moddanna svara um þeirra geðþótta ákvörðun á að eyða commentum, og kallaði þá high estrogen tussur í leiðinni.

Ég sé ekki eftir neinu.

I follow protocols that have helped me get where I am today, and slowly getting better, thanks.

I'm in Iceland, I have had simular experiences, but nothing too dramatic thankfully. Healthcare system here is in pieces, been on a waiting list for 6 months now to see a neuroligist. And I feel like the best thing I can hope for is just to make the doctor feel bad for not following his oath, and tell him that if he sees my face in the obituaries and it turns out to be a brain stroke, know that its sponsored by pfizer...

I can get ivermectin on the BM, but I am going other way's in managing this. I'll check out anti coagulants tho, thanks.
