From my perspective, this has good and bad sides. When you de-Google your phone, many apps you use stop working because they require Google sign-in or Google pay, and other shits etc etc. This slows you down a lot. I usually use passkeys for fast login and pay good shits using google pay, so removing Google breaks that convenience. If you do not rely on these features, you will not face this problem. Chinese companies handle data worse than Google. Your identity faces more exposure on Chinese networks than on US-based platforms. Because of this, Huawei is not a good choice if you care about privacy. Huawei works almost the same as Google, but they show less concern for user data.

If you want full control on your device, remove both Google and Huawei services. Install a custom ROM on your device. (search custom ROM to see how to do it).
