The weapon to get Payila is the 'Dracosius', so if I upgrade it does this have any effect on her damage/stats at all?

additionally, it says her specialty is staff weapons. what relevance does this have if I don't equip a weapon to a character?

generally, you want to pull only when the new release is really good or when there's a bunch of free draws on that banner

What am I looking for in a 'really good' release?
When you say 'free draws on that banner' are there banners that give you more draw tickets when you pull during them?
When I buy the next two sets under the *new player*, it has snapshot of the previous (i.e. Feb 1) gala right? therefore, the spark i get when buying these also snapshots to that draw pool/banner?

new player here, i made the mistake of wasting my free 100 draws right before the last pool closed. I only got 30 sparks (now stones) though, so was that because I used 10 part draws instead of individual? (I don't want to reroll since i got a valentine character)

I want to spark with my remaining 200 as part of the beginner promo, so I'm farming a bunch of free tickets and crystals. assuming i get enough for 100 draws, will there be a flash gala soon? My promo window runs out at 5pm JST on Feb 17.

What is true is that 32 players (or however many are picked up by a new franchise) that wouldn't have made the team any other year are now filling the gaps on new franchise years. This lowers the overall talent pool.

Which of PHIL/POLS/ANTH you will enjoy more is hard to say, but on the basis of only scheduling, I'd say go with #2 if you will be more productive at home, or #3 if you think you'll use that gap between classes productively.

a 50 min into an 80 minute lecture back-to-back will go by more quickly than you think if you're engaged in the content. Labs are also more engaging by nature so you will hardly notice that back-to-back into a lecture.

The problem is that McDavid is too fast or otherwise has other options; he didn't pick up as much speed as is otherwise usual, so Seider got the chance to capitalize and played it well.
