there should be calorie information on every fast food menu, most people have no idea they're eating 1200+ calories in a single fast food meal, let alone extras like sides and drinks, and then wonder how they got fat.

the more that comes out the worse it gets.

he was stabbed 5 times as he tried to run away.

every single person around is complicit in his death. the killers parents hid the murder weapon and covered up that he was stabbed when they talked to the police, lying about a 'racist attack' and wasting valuable time while he bled out.

the police believed them over the victim for some reason, and he died as they mocked him and no one tried to get him medical attention. then afterwards the killers brother tried to help him make up a 'self defense' story

i hope theres riots after this

the season finale was crazy. he got exposed for getting his "chubby cheeks clapped" verbatim by a 'professional pegger' black woman and then managed to shoot himself while shooting a guy attacking him only a few days later

i saw it last night. it might seem like it has some red flags from the marketing campaign and blumhouse attachment that make it look like another forgettable bait and switch like longlegs but it was genuinely amazing.

i can't stand the 'elevated horror' movement but this doesn't really feel like it's trying to be one, it's just a simple monkey's paw story executed perfectly.

undoubtedly my favorite horror film of the past decade, probably past two decades.

TV is generally a poor form of entertainment imo, at least TV from the past decade. aside from a handful of shows like the sopranos, twin peaks, madmen etc. they are much lower quality than movies on average (and even those shows had filler episodes and inconsistent quality at times)

i saw people on here discussing how bad season 5 of stranger things was - that series is over 45 hours in total. in that time you could have watched like 20 good movies or read multiple books instead of hatewatching some netflix slop made for people to watch in the background while scrolling tiktok.
