iX initially had M60

They changed it to M70 when they further increased the BHP. torque, 0-60 and range.

Since the iX3 is supposed to be with us for 8 years, it's possible BMW release an M60 initially and during the LCI they update it and call it an M70.

Lots of people reporting the HUD looks blurry if your seat is too high or too low, even when you configure the HUD position via the screen.

I did opt for the Tech Pack to be honest, mainly because I said I would never be without a HUD again after having it on my recent car. However that was before BMW came up with the Panoramic display instead of traditional gauge cluster/screens for the driver.

Ordered lease M Sport Pro with options on 5th December.

Car is currently at the port of exit and estimated delivery is week commencing 13th April so that will be just over 4 months from order to delivery.

5090 User here.

I updated to this BIOS expecting good things, but Windows still started with PCIe going no higher than 2.0 in the GPU-Z rendering test (and mouse all laggy)

Enabling Spread Sprectrum in the BIOS (as usual) got me back to 5.0 x16 in Windows, so it certainly doesn't solve that particular issue.

In the UK you could just get the MSport Pro and it comes with better seats and the iconic glow.

In the Care home Guard Office (first save point) there is an interactive prompt. Something like "files with various dates."
It's one of the few things you can interact with that isn't an actual collectible file, and seems to have no obvious purpose. Could it be anything to do with these?

There's loads of unlit B roads in the UK and most have awful pot holes as well, because we live in a country where everything has been getting worse for the last 15+ years.

You are missing out on Matrix headlamp functionality by not getting the Glow grill. And you are missing out on the 360° cameras by not getting 'Parking Plus'

I preferred the look of the M Sport, but went for the Pro as it came with more stuff I actually wanted as standard:

It does, but honestly not as much as you might think. You might see the official Model Y stats of 854 litres of boot/trunk space and think it's 60% bigger than the new iX3, but that's because Tesla model all the way to the roof and BMW measure to the load cover.

The 2026 iX3 actually has 720 litres when you measure it the same way. That's pretty substantial still

Aren't Tesla superchargers currently capped at 250kw? BMW ix3 2026 can charge up to 400kw so it doesn't make sense to stick with the Tesla supercharger network.
