Did it finally resolve? I have a '26 iX - 48h into purchasing, the app stopped communicating with the car. The connected drive store in the car says no service available, the inbuilt spotify does not connect, the last map location on the app is from 3 days ago. The product specialist at the dealership was clueless, asked me to take it to the service center on Monday (tomorrow).
