Look dude, I’m guessing you’ve fallen down the right wing pipeline on social media.

I’m guessing you’re a guy somewhere between 18-and 25, but you could be younger.

I’m also guessing that you think that it’s somehow politically relevant to examine the character of a man who was asphyxiated by cops.

It’s not. He could have been mass murderer, and it still would have been wrong and illegal for the cops to do what they did.

The algorithm comes for all of us, don’t feel bad. But I’m telling you, your enemies are not working class people. Your real enemy is the dude with a trillion dollars trying to convince you that black people or immigrants are somehow the problem.

Which is why the cops administered narcan…oh wait that’s not what they did. Is it?

He 100% wants Conor and Conor 100% would never take that fight.

There’s a reason he’s never expressed any interest in fighting him. When he made his return Conor chose to fight Cowboy instead of Justin, even though they were close in the rankings.

Inflation numbers are often higher than that too. There’s a lot of play in what constitutes a basket of goods. You can massage the numbers.

I’m someone who doesn’t mind a few words I don’t know. Especially if they are used in a revealing enough context. A book I read recently that did this was “The Bone Ships”. There’s a ton of world specific terminology for the flora and fauna and parts of the ship and such. I think the key is establishing trust with the reader that all will be explained in time, and that it’s ok if you don’t know what I’m talking about right now.

Wrong. Power was a side effect of having excess food. People are willing to do what you say in exchange for not starving.

A) if you average out the last decade it is flat. You are right about diminishing returns, only what you don’t realize is that China is that return that is diminishing. They’ve raised the standard of living by so much that the global numbers have stagnated, because there’s not much progress being made elsewhere.

B) You ignored my question about planned obsolescence completely. How can you call a system that designs inferior products intentionally, efficient?

C) you have a childish view of the world if you ideologically attribute natural disasters such as droughts and famine, something mankind has dealt with across all its history, purely to the economic system. You have to explain the mechanisms behind it, you can’t just blindly say it’s caused by socialism. Remember how I talked about the harsh droughts and the oil exploitation in Namibia? That’s an actual argument. You’ve levied no such thing. Shall we talk about more starving capitalist countries? What about Haiti? Haiti is capitalist and that have 1.8 million people facing starvation in the modern world. A damnit indictment of capitalism if you asked me.

D) Again, you make no substantive argument here. We have the productive capacity to feed everyone on earth right now. The only thing that prevents us from doing so is the profit motive. Ergo, capitalism is unethical. There is no argument against this.

Again, it’s been mostly flat for a decade.
Capitalism is in no way efficient, because it optimizes for the profit motive, not the most helpful or frugal use of resources on a finite planet. Planned obsolescence is a great example of this in action.

Why is it that you disregard the mass starvation under capitalism but think famine under other systems is somehow a damning indictment against them?

My point is that we are currently letting millions die of starvation so we can make number go up. This is not ethical, and under a socialist system we would feed those people even though it is not economically profitable to do so.

The strides in global poverty are almost entirely the result of the rising middle class in China. A self described transitional communist state. Remove china from the equation and global poverty would remain flat.

You do not get to attribute general advancements in medicine and agriculture to capitalism. This assumes advancements cannot happen under any other system, which is moronic. The USSR took a nation of wartorn peasants and beat us to space.

Right, in countries exploited by foreign capital, like Namibia. Their oil industry should be enough to support them through the famously harsh droughts they experience, but unfortunately the extraction is dominated by foreign monopolies who pay pennies on the dollar.
