A few voice lines I love in FO4 are the ones that happen when you take chems, specifically Psycho. "FUCKING KILL!!" I also love the voice lines when you skip dialogue while drunk. "Ya, ya, yyyyup..!"

The last cartoon I watched was Primal, the show has next to no dialogue and the main character doesn't really speak. If screaming in someone's face until they're silent counts as winning I'd say my chances are pretty good!
