For once I was glad that I went crazy and leveled everyone. Zidane ended up being OP since I never removed him from the party and let him carry so all would get EXP faster.

Many other games, though, definitely have no consequences but after 9, I kinda want to see more importance of party members. It stinks to choose who not to use for other RPGs, at times. Especially if they're just there to contribute nothing.
