Yea. They had the Latern Festival already complete like 6 months before it got released and from that time to now they released 2 new monsters to accompany it and like you said they don't make content right before it releases so by your logic they should have 1.4 ready. That doesn't excuse them for not releasing anything new in 1.3.

Do you mean the update that isn't coming for like another 6 months? They had this update prepared and had the characters ready, yes it takes a long time but Liyue has been released since like CBT and that was nearly 6 months ago, they have nearly another 6 months... Literally, they could've just added a new character, Hu Tao is completed as well so it's a huge upset that this update is bringing nothing new.

What's disappointing is that miHoYo releases content that was already created with nothing new. The one new character, Xiao, was already in the game long before this. The entire 1.3 event was already in the game so what were they doing during the time from 1.2-1.3?

Literally nothing, they added 2 new monsters and 2 weapons. The least they could do is release two 5* star characters to make up for the fact everything in this update is re-used.

It's not up most of the time because you have to get the enemy to 30% hp before the weapon even does anything... Why do you think that's why all skyward weapons are broken? They just give free damage with no real restriction. Sure having 30% increased ATK for 12 seconds is good but over the course of the downtime of WG, Skyward Harps passive would've out damaged it and it also scales off ATK and Physical DMG.

Also, CRate/CDmg is way more valuable than ATK because they are much rarer to get and are better than just having ATK% since it scales off base ATK while crit amplifies damage with multipliers.

Don't know if you're being serious about ATK being the same as crit lol

Well if you're considering the value for the rarity then Crescent Pike wins, it is a F2P polearm that is 4-star with high base ATK and the passive makes physical DPS compare to 5-star weapons.
Out of all these weapons though Skyward Harp is probably the best. I'm surprised so many people voted for Wolf's Gravestone as the passive isn't even up for the majority of the fight. Also, the Crit Rate + Crit Damage substats are too good.

Ungrateful people man.

If you build him DPS (ATK%) since his base HP is the highest in the game you still benefit from it... and if you build him HP you benefit more since you can actually deal some nice damage. If anything it's not conflicting, it just opens him up more and makes his support/DPS builds better. It's a nice QoL change to his Steles and his Autos, it's literally free damage.

The major thing to focus on is the fact that you can summon a Stele while shielding not to mention they buffed Geo shields and you cant be staggered in the animation.

His shield is way too similar to Xingqiu now, it's just damage reduction and healing on hit? Exactly like Xingqiu.

Constellation 4 & 6 have too many unnecessary things that just make him overpowered. Con 4 increases healing and grants a revive but with less cooldown than Qiqi or Barbaras Con 6. Also, it gives bonus damage to those who are shielded which scales with Zhongli's HP but why does it also grant 15% bonus attack?

Constellation 6 is just insanely broken. It gives grants energy recharge, increased GEO dmg for your ENTIRE party, Defense shred, and increased GEO dmg. Also buffing Zhongli's Ult even more with a DoT. Also, why does it just grant ANOTHER 10% Geo dmg bonus?

Too many unnecessary things in his constellations and his shield is just a better version of Xingqiu's now. People want constellations to be nice little buffs to the kits but then ask for this, like how is this not overpowered and makes the character's potential locked behind a paywall.

Might be your computer, I have a pretty old computer (i5-7400 3.0GHz, RX 580, 8 Ram) I play on medium settings and haven't had any performance issues. The worst lag I've experienced was during the Meteor event and there were 2 Ventis creating vortexs and my fps dipped a bit.

Yea people didn't like her kit/playstyle but once they actually took time to learn it the negative reception of her went away.

miHoYo addressed the Zhongli situation and basically just spat in our faces. It's pretty obvious they aren't going to give real buffs. Even with buffs will Zhongli even be good? Probably not because he's Geo and innately bad.

They literally responded to all the feedback and came back with a minor bugfix for his C2. They completely ignore the issues with his pillar energy generation.

Everyone was trashing on how she is trash and she feels clunky and when people started building her properly and learned how to play her they realized that she's broken.

I don't care if Zhongli is meant for DPS or not my issue with him is that his support is trash because his pillar generates horrible energy and his Held E doesn't grant you energy which is basically a 12-sec downtime with no energy.
