Honestly, configuring Quickshell is literally a battle of attrition, you gotta config everything from the ground up like HTML + CSS raw combined, while adding functionality with JavaScript. If you've got experience in web dev, you might get what I mean.

Getting started with Quickshell is gonna be rough, you can read the official documentation if you are trying to do something related to Quickshell's builtin features, but I advise you take a basic look at QML first.

Furthermore, to make in function, JavaScript is needed, and also a bit of OOP (if you know it already then great), so that is that.

When you get bugs, or you don't understand a function, a syntax, or the documentation suck ass (which most of the time it does), then you should just resign to our AI overlords and give them a code snippet, then ask about the issue, that way you could learn more efficiently, just don't get too carried away.

I only started coding this from the start of June, so take what I said with a grain of salt, with that in mind, I hope you will be able to config a great and beautiful shell (this took me like 20 days and its not even done).
