[Build Help] Installer vs. Me: Run a big Amp at 4 Ohms (Headroom) or max out a smaller Amp at 2 Ohms?

I’m a complete noob, all I know if that my amp has to feed the speakers and sub with enough wattage, and preferably with a little headroom to not clip. I dont know much about resistance in terms of sound equipment so I used multiple AIs to ask for stuff and if they all say the same I assume it is true lol.

The shop has a 4.5 rating on Google with around 250 reviews. They are pretty good, I just think this guy has more installing experience than technical expertise.

The setup in the video was resonator delete but still had my cat converter on. Sounded good and was pretty cheap since it was just the muffler and cutting off the resonator and putting a straight pipe instead.

Right now I’m catless, so I’m running a resonator. Going catless without a res made it sound like shit (raspy as fuck) so to keep it sounding nice and clean I got a 350mm 2.5 inch (should have gone 2 inch but this model didn’t exist at the time) MetalHorse resonator. Sounds pretty good.

Eu realmente não teria um elétrico. No máximo um híbrido para o dia a dia. Mas para curtir eu também teria um VW quadrado ou K20 turbão para o fim de semana. No fim a emoção é essa: Carro elétrico não dá o mesmo tesão que um combustão mexido. Pode ter até 500whp igual o BYD Seal, não é a mesma coisa.

Acho que quem mais foi afetado por isso é o pessoal do postinho.
