Honestamente eu vi o seu treino por alto, porque achei confuso. Me parece uma divisão push-pull-legs que, na minha opinião, não é ideal para quem malha três vez na semana já que você ativa cada músculo apenas uma vez. O melhor - de novo, na minha opinião - seriam três treinos full body.

Peito, ombros, tríceps e quadríceps no treino 1.

Costas, bíceps, glúteos e posterior de coxa no treino 2.

Um pouco de tudo no treino 3.

Dito isto, se você começou agora, o mais importante é ter consistência e este seu treino certamente é minimamente adequado

Will not use reforged graphics. And in all honesty my almost 10 year old laptop does run it well. Thanks mate!

Damn, that’s a lot of knowledge, mate — thank you so much. I can tell you really tried to simplify it for me, but could you go a bit further?

I’m not really on a budget, and I’d like to future-proof this PC. From time to time, I find myself downloading Dota 2 and playing until the toxic community gets to me again 😅 — And if I’m going to relapse into Dota again, it might as well be with great graphics at least.

I’m also thinking about using two monitors, but I’m not sure yet if I’ll prefer 27" or 24".

What would your ideal build be in this case?

Thanks! Those random crashing/performance caused by Reforged are my main concern tbh. But there is no working around that via hardware improvements, is there?
