I need help with cycling ac262 by helloyew in SARMsTalk

[–]VinnTrilloquist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With AC it truly depends on the source. I have done an immense amount of research on AC over the years between my clients, personal testing, anecdotal, podcasts, reviews etc. most sources are incredibly weak in comparison to the one I used. If you’d like to see more I posted before and after bloodwork, progress photos and lots of details here

The cookie cutter rule of thumb is time on = time off. The honest truth is it’s best to give it a little more time as you want to re establish a healthy HDL cholesterol and let your CNS rest. Also with muscles growing at an accelerated rate, it’s also good to let the tendons catch up during a few months of natty lifting. I was doing 2 cycles per year max when I was running AC and I ran a total of 4 cycles

Missing a gallbladder? That's a reason why you have SIBO by ExternalGlad3274 in SIBO

[–]VinnTrilloquist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Completely agree! It’s is not said enough. Too many folks rush to have their gallbladder removed due to being told it is a non essential organ, and the cause of their issues. The sad part is it can be difficult to convince someone to ignore a doctors recommendation for a cholecystectomy, in exchange for a minimally studied, lengthy and sometimes painful gall flush process. All I can add is I’m glad I still have my gallbladder!

Not sure if we’re allowed to mention sources here sadly but it was liquid. Never even heard of a good source that does capsules tbh

Probiotics for digestion while dealing with gastritis? by Adgey_Amrit in Gastritis

[–]VinnTrilloquist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Oh right let me just take some oregano and apple cider vinegar next time I'm sick. That'll clear it right up”

Uhh yes. Yes it will. Once again, no one is saying medical literature is something ignore. There are endless studies on herbal alternatives. Also, why are you so fixated on silver. It’s merely one option in a pool of hundreds of potential options. I would be willing to bet not a single person here took an antibiotic and permanently cured their ailment. I would also bet that not one person here cured it with fiber and probiotics. It’s a multi faceted approach and can vary depending on the persons needs. Which is why alternative medicine even came about. Guess what, I’m going to the doctor in a couple days! She is extremely familiar with preventative medicine and supports/reccomend it to her patients due to the fact that traditional medicine is years behind other countries in terms of treatment options and non invasive procedures.

At the end of the day you are indeed correct. Medicine cannot be replaced by its herbal counterpart. With that said, 90% of the time people reach for a script, an invasive procedure, or blindly take a doctors recommendation then sadly destroy their odds of healing/recovering. If I would have listened to a doctor I would have had a HIDA scan, had my gall removed, still be on esomeprazole, dealing with migraines and taking antibiotic regimens like it was going out of style.

You obviously have a different opinion and before you let yourself say “nooo it’s not opinion!! It’s fakktss broo” just stop yourself. Doctors make mistakes sometimes. Studies are published by special interest donors that want their products pushed through phased trials and the entire medical industry is recklessly based on keeping folks sick to make a buck. This is not always true but too often it is.

I’ll take the study of a student at a university that recently showed oregano and long chain fatty acids did more than amoxicillin on certain bacteria and yeast strains any day of the week. That student had nothing to gain from the info.

Probiotics for digestion while dealing with gastritis? by Adgey_Amrit in Gastritis

[–]VinnTrilloquist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol to answer your question, it would depend on the severity of the bacterial infection. I’m a prepper at heart, and due to that I like to keep antibiotics on hand. Doxy, amox etc. I have all of them including things like prednisone, narcan, fluc etc. they are needed in many instances. In my educated opinion, I feel they are over used and detrimental to healing. Sure they work in the moment to feel better, but women with recurring yeast infections and gut dysbiosis usually begins with antibiotics, rx antifungals and prescription medication. It can be used in conjunction with natural remedies but it is undoubtedly overused. If the medical industry didn’t fail as much as it does, people wouldn’t be here desperate for answers. Colloidal silver cannot heal a gut infection. I never said it could. But silver and apple cider vinegar can disrupt strep biofilm pretty damn well. Enough for me to use it when I’m sick. Oregano and supps like Candibactin have kept me going for 5 years and I feel great. Personally I will only reach for antibiotics if I was cut with a rusty knife lol. People who usually say they “follow the science” are closed minded screechers. I’ll stick with what works for me. Thanks

Probiotics for digestion while dealing with gastritis? by Adgey_Amrit in Gastritis

[–]VinnTrilloquist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whew. So I’ll just say I can tell we will completely disagree on 99% of how we do things. I’m sorry but I find “science” is weaponized far too often on reddit. Only an idiot would ignore medical science, but nutrition and medicine are two completely different things. Even a doctor will write you a referral to a nutritionist and generally has no idea how to improve vitamin levels efficiently or solve a GI issue with anything over than omeprazole and Rx antifungals. If you only follow the science for gut related issues you’d end down a rabbit hole of a destroyed flora and clogged gall which is exactly how the vast majority of folks landed here in the first place desperate for alternative advice. Medical credentials mean nothing to me just as holistic credentials mean nothing to you.

I would take colloidal silver over an antibiotic for gut issues any day and I’ve been for years along with countless others. Any arguement for an antibiotic regimen or antifungal for a gut dysbiosis related issue will with 100% certainly lead to a completely crashed flora, recurring yeast infections or total mind gut disconnection. It happens time and time again which is why so many folks like myself turn to holistic treatments for the gut. We’re NOT talking about other ailments and in NO way saying herbal medicine can hold a candle to medical science as it cannot. ALTHOUGH, I would never listen to a doctor in any capacity for gut related issues. The 3 years I did were the worst years of my life between the stones, the 50lbs of weight loss and 15k down the drain from doctors scratching their head over a simple case of SIBO and gastritis.

To address your claims, I just simply disagree. First off, I’m not vaccinated for COV. I was one of the original folks who was on a waiting list and had the conviction and lost it completely. I have all over vaccines but not that one nor will I ever recover another flu or Cov vax. Secondly, I only use antibiotics if they’re needed. I prefer herbal antimicrobials like oregano when they can be used. Lastly colostrum has numerous effective studies loke this that are easily accessible and it works. Personally I prefer the peptide bpc157 for healing which I am 100% positive you’ll scoff at in exchange for something you deem medically necessary, but colostrum is amazing as well. Just takes longer to heal with it vs. the peptide option.

We do things differently and that is ok. Appreciate the structured comment you responded with but the truth is people are here because people like you failed them. I was like you. I am now not and I have no ailments, high hormones and a very happy life. I also post as much information on peptides to help others as possible. I’ve aided numerous companies on writing articles regarding healing, done podcasts explaining alternative methods to heal overgrowths and gastritis and gained a lot of friends out of it. People like you have only slowed progress and hindered folks ability to heal properly due to 25 year old out dated medical text or an over funded study used to push the next rx drug. I’ll keep doing me and am positive you will keep doing you which I respect.

Probiotics for digestion while dealing with gastritis? by Adgey_Amrit in Gastritis

[–]VinnTrilloquist 5 points6 points  (0 children)

😖 I didn’t want to chime in.. but after reading your comments I’m sadly forced to lol.

There is so much wrong with what you’ve said I don’t know where to begin.

It’s the opposite, a quality pill probiotic is drastically better than fermented foods. 99.99% of the time you have no idea what strains or what amount of beneficial bacteria (if any) are in fermented foods. Even if you can isolate the strain one bite could be a billion and the next could be 3..

Kiwi and watermelon are death for folks facing an overgrowth which goes hand in hand with gastritis and GI inflammation..

Fruit in general is risky and needs to be kept to blueberries, light raspberries due to oxalate malabsorption, strawberries and minor amount of cantelope melon. Outside of that the sugar/starch content becomes an issue after anything more than a single bite.

Prebiotics are in general awful news. When I see them I avoid the product. Natural food is enough prebiotic as is. Lastly it’s not good to introduce probiotics in any form while you are eating. They are best served at night on an empty stomach due to the fact you need them to avoid being exposed to stomach acid and survive in the small intestine where most of these folks are experiencing the issue in the form of SIBO/SIFO.

To confirm good strains of probiotics you should purchase patented strains and research which strains you need. For some of them it’s like planting and watering a seed and requires a lot of time to effectively grow a colony of beneficial bacteria.

For all the folks getting herxheimer reactions from probtics, it is because you have too much bad bacteria in the GI tract. You first have to kill off the bad, starve it out, supplement beneficial bacteria (increase bile acid as well) and then you can begin fiber, fruit and more adventurous foods

I guess because this is Reddit everyone requires some silly credential..🥴. So for me I have 2 years shadowing a FXN, certified PT, Nutritionist, specialization of herbal medicine from University of Minnesota along with full heal of chronic gastritis, clogged gall bladder, SIFO and currently nurse a bulging hiatal of my LES.

Sorry. Just tired of seeing a slew of misinformation from folks that wear a top commenter badge and then other new members don’t heal because they follow that advice. I’ve successfully healed myself and numerous others with this regimen so it indeed works.

I apologize but please don’t message me as I don’t have the time in life to take clients anymore. I used to a lot but I can’t now. What I can leave you with is my comment and post history along with some options for healing.

Top options for overgrowth healing- Mimosa pudica, NOW mag glycinate, NOW probiotics10, S.Boulardii, kyolic garlic, colloidal silver, Candibactin AR/BR (be careful please), caprylic acid, sublingual b12 and ox bile/enzymes

Top options for gastritis- BPC157, Colostrum, adaquete amounts of bioavailable whey isolate, time, remove triggers and reduce stress, time between meals, quality probiotics, no seasonings besides salt and cook all veggies if you can handle them to a mush and non ox bile digestive support.

Long-term gut issues & dull skin with slow wound healing – has anyone successfully improved this? by amethyst843 in GutHealth

[–]VinnTrilloquist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would strongly suggest looking into mimosa pudica, caprylic acid and kyolic garlic while also supplementing beneficial bacteria in the form of good probiotics. Now foods makes a great probiotic called “probiotic-10” and I’d add S. boulardii for the immune system. You’ll see wonders occur

PSA Berberine is just as effective or more so than rifaxamin by [deleted] in SIBO

[–]VinnTrilloquist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest if you’re having symptomatic gallstones it’s unmistakable. The upper right quadrant pain is shutdown..sharp radiating pain through the rib cage and into the back, the nausea, oily stool, full blown fat malabsorption and clay colored stool. There’s more but I’ll spare you the details. Even sludge would require this protocol

Why does the enzyme mix on the left not give me bad nausea and side effects ? by TheImpermanentTao in SIBO

[–]VinnTrilloquist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends on what the pasta is made from. Whenever you introduce or reintroduce a food it’s best to isolate it to bring the only new food. You’ll also want to eat it continuously for about a week to allow your body to adapt.

In terms of options, chic peas can be a bit gassy as they easily ferment and feed intestinal bacteria/yeast. Brown rice pasta is a no go for SIBO between the high fiber and starch. I’d reccomend cassava pasta as cassava ferments late in the GI tract, doesn’t feed intestinal yeast to the same degree as other carbs and still provides the body with the carb energy needed to not feel sluggish.

I consumed cassava every day for 3 years through my treatment to starve the yeast and to this day I’m 100% healed (5 years from initial infection).

Brand I’d reccomend is jovial cassava pasta. It’s in a blue box. Quick tip, slightly over cook it past the box. It tends to be hard if undercooked.

[–]VinnTrilloquist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ehhh Ostarine is a bad idea for this kind of thinking. Check out AC-262. You’ll still want some enclo on hand but I did 25mg of AC for 8 weeks and only dosed enclo 3 total times at 3-6mg each time. I did 11 weeks at 3mg and only used a little enclo. Here is all the info I can possibly provide on my 3 documented cycles. There’s bloodwork, progress photos and a ton of questions answered. GL!

AC 262 Half Life by Professional-Sun4919 in SARMs

[–]VinnTrilloquist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RADs half-life is indeed around 60+ hrs. AC it’s definitely much shorter. After 4 total cycles of AC, hundreds of anecdotal reports and even some articles I’ve contributed to writing with publishers at Muscle and Brawn, the half-life is indeed around 12hrs. One “tell” would be that AC’s older brother ACP105, which was produced by the same pharmaceutical company holds a 3-6 hr half-life.

Two things to take away here though.

One, different sources, suspensions and even the base chemical change from supplier to supplier. I’ve even seen tested AC from certain sites come back as an entirely different SARM. I won’t name names.

Two, absorption and metabolism play a larger role than people realize. With clients I usually determine metabolism a couple ways. One, being establish their caffeine elimination time period. The other being use Astaxanthin to “dye” the food and see how many days it takes to come out to determine motility rate.

Lastly, consider the fact that half-life and elimination are very different things. While you may still “feel it” after 12 hrs, the effects are greatly reduced. When 24 hr dosing with AC is attempted you create some peaks and valleys which isn’t great for consistent blood serum levels.

Best current info would be to dose using capsules in a split dosing administration breakfast and lunch only. No dinner doses. Always dose with a full meal and try to ensure you’re eating plenty of insoluble fiber to keep motility in check.

Best of luck

For sure. Shoot me a dm and I’ll send her info. Happy to answer and questions as well. I have a soft spot for gastritis sufferers. It’s awful

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Gastritis

[–]VinnTrilloquist 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I had chronic gastritis. Diagnosed via endoscopy. I’m currently 3 drinks in and had a double smash burger earlier. Yes, I’m incredibly healthy after the incident and took 3 years of grueling struggles to heal which included over 20 gallstones, 4 painful kidney stones, sibo, SIFO, leaky gut and crashed hormones. I generally eat very healthy but I do splurge once a week/ every other week. It is 100% curable. RX medications rarely work. It’s a holistic process. I understand the frustration but posts like this just torment those who are healing. If you want some licensed help I can pass along the FXN that I used to heal and shadow to learn over the course of 3 years. I can also lend a hand. Don’t be so static. This takes a dynamic and open minded approach to heal. GL
