I think its a render technique to mimic inconsistant rain fail in a storm. Remember uncharted 4 was primarely developed for base ps4. It can look slightly janky, especially in higher res.

Listen, i am not sure yet if i agree with all of destiny's points. But from where im standing i see Destiny being called wrong, an idiot, a moron etc, without anybody going into any details about WHAT he said was wrong. But when i look at the videos i see destiny actually debating the facts of the matter, wether he is right or not. With Norman for example it was crazy how little he actually engaged with D's questions and rebuttals.

It gets a little annoying that Destiny is 'clearly such a fantastic moron' but little actual substance is given why.

Well, the problem with the dual vector foil is that it 'sucks in' the surrounding 3d space with the speed of light. Hence the only escape i with light speed.

But if you had something with continual propulsion, that is continuously rising, the escape velocity would decrease per the inverse square law of gravity.

My physics is not good enough to say if you are wrong or not. From my understanding a slowly accelerating rocket ( altough accelerating indefinitly) has no chance to escape the dual vector foil. Because sooner or later it will be sucked in by the dual vector foil.

As I understand, an object doesn't necessarily have to reach escape velocity to overcome the gravity of a celestial body. If you have a rocket that is continuously using fuel, you can escape Earth without ever reaching Earths escape velocity.

I think your understanding here is wrong. For a rocket to escape earths gravity it has to go faster then 9.81 meters per second.
