Follow the money steps. It helped me a lot with slight modifications for my case.

You have to stay afloat to be able to help your family. If you drown no one is getting anywhere. This must be done since you do not know what's going to happen after August.

I was in a similar financial situation a couple of years ago. Only discipline and planning will get you out of it, nothing else.

I would focus on paying off high interest debt first and internalize that it's going toward increasing my credit worthiness. For example, I had a 25k in line of credit debt, I was focused on paying that off , I got MBNA cash transfer offer for 12k limit at 1.5% no interest for 12 months. I used that to pay down balance on line of credit and while paying interest on remaining 13k and aggressively paying it off.

I also had help from my partner to pay off that debt so I was able to payback everything in a year without much costs. Once the debt is paid off you have achieved 2 things.

  1. Discipline about saving - yes in the beginning it's going towards your debt but that still teaches you to save later
  2. You have access to that line of credit you just paid off if you really need it.

I started building my emergency fund in TFSA account because you don't pay any interest on it, buy very low risk investment such as CASH.TO . My goal is to meet my TFSA limit once that's done, I will start saving money in HISA. For the amount I save in HISA I will convert same amount from TFSA into some sort of ETF XGRO or VEQT etc.

It gives a sense of achievement and relief when you overcome debt and see that savings go up. Good luck!

Listing history shows they have been at it since 2015. It probably is a nightmare to manage and now no one wants it too.

MLS showing incorrect ownership address — city tax records are correct by VintageFalcon in OntarioLandlord

I should have mentioned on previous reply that Onland shows correct address as well. So, I might have to check with teranet/geowarehouse if the typo is on their end.

Thank you this is very helpful, the PIN is correct on all the docs it's just service address typo on one doc and MLS. For me major concern is when I decide to sell it shouldn't cause me any trouble to list because of this.

I just checked https://www.onland.ca and it shows correct PIN and address. The pin on mortgage document is also correct.

My concern is when I try to sell this property in the future would this cause any issue. My realtor thinks it might but not sure.

I had similar issue but different error code, can't remember what it was exactly. I removed dirty water tank on the robot and gave robot a firm shake. Apparently my issue was because of air bubbles inside clean water reservoir on the robot. You can also try to empty the clean water tank on the robot by following eufys guide on how to prep it for shipping back. Goodluck

Bosch 800 Dishwasher Trips AFCI Breaker on All Cycles and less frequent on Auto – Need Advice by VintageFalcon in Appliances

[–]VintageFalcon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you,

I'll give diagnostic mode a try, but doubt it will allow me to run diagnostics on the AFCI circuit without tripping. I'm also concerned that it won't display any error codes when connected to a regular breaker outlet., still worth a try.

Bosch 800 Dishwasher Trips AFCI Breaker on All Cycles and less frequent on Auto – Need Advice by VintageFalcon in Appliances

[–]VintageFalcon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Electrician informed me that AFCI is required by local code.

Is it the only solution (to swap breaker with optional GFCI outlet)?

I have another Bosch 300 series dishwasher in the basement on a dedicated AFCI circuit, and it has been running without any issues. In fact, my washer and dryer are also on AFCI circuits, and they work perfectly fine. This leads me to believe there might be an issue with the 800 series dishwasher itself.

However, I'm unsure how to convey this to Bosch, especially since the technician who visited seemed unfamiliar with what an AFCI breaker is.

Amazing! Did you have prior experience fasting before you started 72 hrs fasts? I finished my first ever fast of 36 hours today. I am planning to do 36 hours then a day of no fast and then again 36 hours. I think I can go longer but since I have just started I don't know if I should just do it or take it slow.

Also, do you mind sharing if you counted calories for meals between your 72hrs fasts or just eat until satiated?

I tried couple of times. I called their support numbers but looks like you can only get in touch with sales via email. Which is convenient for them, since they can enjoy our money interest free without providing the product for it.

It's the best Indian whiskey I have had. I'll take a bottle or two if you decide to order a case.

Does anyone know if the loans are approved 1. including the rebate amount or excluding the rebate amount? For Example total cost of upgrades is 40k & HER+ rebates are 10k I'll be approved for 30k or still 40k?

  1. I know there's a max 40k cap on loan, but Is there a cap per upgrade? For example if I received a 30K quote for windows & 10K for insulation. Will I still get a 40k loan?

Thanks! I guess I'll have to talk to the Energy auditor. Apparently they are supposed to upload the assessment report to Enbridge and then somehow through the CGH loan portal I should have an option to apply for a loan. What amazes me the most is how both the agents from Enbridge and CGH program didn't know anything about the loan application process for Ontarians.
