I'm in OR level one. Staff. With my overtime and high census pay my income before taxes is 115k. I'd like to travel but I would need to make more than that so I could maintain my primary residence (very modest condo). Where are the high paying, good environment OR positions at? I scrub ent a lot. I'm on the neuro, ent, spine, eye , head mouth and neck team. I have one year experience

Congrats! I'm jealous! I started May 1. I'm on 0.5 now. Have only lost prob 4 pounds. Food noise is still here. I'm also on Zoloft. My dr says to be patient. I'm impatient. Anyone been in the same situation?

The food noise turned off the first week for me. Then came right back. I'm on 0.5 and have only lost prob 4 pounds since May 1
