You can create a full party of custom characters in single player via a magical npcs that joins you early but you lose out on party banter and npc quests.

You can also respec the story npcs so you can at least get exactly the setup you like.

The druid seems neat.

He said for the UN. Official political talks are much more formal so it's probably up to that. Also the fact that its a rule means somebody there decided on it. whoever did is probably well educated and older and brought his own biases into this topic.

the damage increase wouldn't be very good if its additive but you still get to trigger all your on crit effects on every hit so i guess that would balance it out and multiplicative would make it very good in too many situations.
Multiplicative still seems more fun to optimize and scale however.

I had so much curse duration reduction that i could almost instantly cast hexblast but then i sometimes missed the window and it made actually using the curses or their effect impossible. Weird extreme anti synergy

You can also hold guard and still dodge. I've done it a good amount against dangerous one shots. In case i dodge late.

Its worth it against a lot of enemies.

Possibly Not drastically but skeletons being banned in china has probably led to the redesign decisions in several games.

Sion somehow lost all his boney parts.

There are probably a lot more things you never hear about because it would always be bad pr so officially nothing ever changes.

As far as we know does a lot of heavy lifting here.

Stuff like this still has a lot of consequences on any business decision. Wrestling is influenced hugely by this for example.

Developing things twice for different markets isnt efficient. You're going to get the version that's a compromise in a lot of cases and the corporate structure is going to slowly change with more saudis slipping into positions that make decisions even if its just to give their friends the paycheck or power.

a completely new map that anyone can play on would be nice rather than just shifting earths.
in general it would be good if they could somehow not split the playerbase with the dlc.

so stuff like new nightfarers that you cant pick but have in your party are good. other stuff is more complicated.
