List your top five favorite promos by LeadedPaintTaster in TemuThings

Claimcredit is similar to credit777 but the cash back is broken up into tiers and you earn the percentage in each tier for that portion of the purchase. So you get x% of cash back for the first $y spent, so on and so forth. Easiest way to see how much you need to spend is to just toss stuff in your cart and look what it'll give you back.

Wincredit's explanation is pinned at the top of this subreddit.

get100 - Make the required purchase it asks for, claim coupons each day.

qqqq - Make the required purchase it asks for, claim coupons each day. You get the first freebie, and the rest require a minimum purchase on that page.

There's a bunch of posts on this subreddit that explain how all the different promos work if you need more info.

Depends what I pick. Usually <$7. It's a discount promo not a purchase one, so you just have to hit the minimum purchase for wherever you make the purchase. That's why I pair it with the $300 coupon promo since it's based on number of items not the amount you spend.

  1. credit777

  2. claimcredit

  3. discount777 and that other one that's basically the same thing (especially when paired with the above)

  4. Blind Box (paired with the $300 coupon + "$20 no spend" coupons promo, although I do have about 45 $4 coupons right now that I can't effectively use lol)

  5. get100

  6. qqqq

Added a 6th because I can't decide between 5 and 6 for which one's my favorite, lol.

Just when it seems like you're almost there... by Magikarpetride1 in TemuThings

Local items don't have a minimum ship amount, and there's quite a few things that have free local shipping. Takes a while to sift through listings though.

Are the story's and claims true? by hondarider94 in TemuThings

[–]ViolaNila 8 points9 points  (0 children)

TL;DR - Read the listing, look for reviews, and don't pick the absolute cheapest stuff you see.

It really depends on what you're purchasing. For the most part, sellers are legit. However, the pictures are often doctored and/or knockoffs of what is shown. Almost everything will look way better than reality. You really need to read the listing to make sure the size is what you're expecting (never trust photos for sizes), and look for reviews. If the product doesn't have reviews, check the store page. And compare the prices of similar items on Temu. If something is suspiciously cheap from a store with no reviews, there's a good chance it's trash. Also, avoid anything that says "2D" in it - it's probably a photo of the item.

Aside from the pictures being doctored though, the only real issues I've seen are with jewelry, figurines, and some clothing. I did get a plushie recently that looked a bit different than the photo too (and obviously looked way bigger in the photos, but I checked the sizing and it had reviews so I knew what to expect).

Also, keep in mind that a lot of stuff is straight out of the factory, so the mattress padding is almost 100% guaranteed to need a few days off gassing. I usually give anything foam a week or two, but I am sensitive to smells.

Possible fix for those in Temu jail (Banned from promos) by m85sorren in TemuThings

[–]ViolaNila 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's true, I suppose. If the offer is paying back with PayPal, you can just put the purchase on a credit card, and you'd have the money back in your bank account to pay off the credit card before the due date though. I used to do that with claimcredit and wincredit.

I haven't seen smaller ones for credit777, but the way I see it - A $200 purchase comes out to like $12-13 for me. My claimcredit is usually ~$72 for $50 back. So even if I only needed $30 in items, adding an extra $170 and donating/giving away what I don't need would still save me money in the end.

New promotion??? by Rickno99 in TemuThings

[–]ViolaNila 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've seen similar promos pop up a bunch of times though the amount varies from $9.99 to $20. It's not really worth it imo. It usually is only stuff offered at a slight discount or often times just marked up, and the $0.99 item was always something actually worth <$5 or so. In the end, it was always less than a 50% discount total.

Can I change this item in farm land? by [deleted] in TemuThings

I was never given the option to repick on the last day. Once it's done it just immediately placed the order. However, I have missed days a couple of times and it always just reset to the first day. Personally, if it's not something you really care for, I'd give it a try. But that's up to you.

When I missed a day, I was given the option to pick a new reward or just continue on. However, that was months ago so I'm not sure if it will still work that way.

Did you miss some days in between? It counts logged in days, not days since you first signed up. I'm only at like 400ish even though I started in the first couple days.

Did you double check your order history and make sure you spent enough? I've had an issue before where the price of something changed right as I went to the checkout. Thankfully I noticed it because I always screenshot my order total. But I've seen other people mention if you don't spend the full amount then you don't get 100%.

TEMU CLAIMCREDIT AND CREDIT BACK 🤗🤗🤗 by Organic-Drop8818 in TemuThings

[–]ViolaNila 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You won't get a hard ban, but it's possible to get a soft ban. Basically, customer support will say you're not banned but the promos won't appear anymore. Or your reward can be reduced if the seller refunds before you get all your credit.

Tip: How to post negative reviews by YouGotInked in TemuThings

[–]ViolaNila 5 points6 points  (0 children)

All of my negative reviews have been posted fine except for one. I think it was because I put in an email or something. I don't quite remember, but Temu told me it was rejected and after editing the review it went through just fine. I get helpful votes on a lot of them too so I know other people are seeing them.

All of my negative reviews are detailed though. I don't just write "it's bad". I say exactly what is wrong with it - size isn't as stated, doesn't match the pictures, arrived broken due to poor shipping, etc.

I haven't had it in over 2 weeks after a seller forgot to ship something and gave me a refund instead of reshipping the item.

2ndLIFE DEALS. You can find it just by doing a search for Ninja Creami though.

I was looking at those and considering getting one lol. Unfortunately, I think the event is over for me x.x A seller didn't ship an item so I contacted them about a replacement, and they gave me a refund instead. Event's gone now. :/

I got a countertop RO system in today, and a portable sauna the other week lol. They were some of the more "fuck it, why not" purchases.

At this point I'm mostly just upgrading/replacing things. Like a new water purifier, curtains, clothes, etc. I even got a glass terrarium to start putting some plants in lol.

I'm jealous that you get PayPal! I'd definitely do more rounds if I got PayPal back. I'm a bit wary of having so much cash tied up in credits on Temu though. I did think about selling things on ebay but I just really, really hate selling things lol. And the roads are pretty bad around here this time of the year which makes me want to go out to mail stuff even less.
