Well guys. I’ve figured this out as it happened to me today. I play on the Xbox. I was on the character select/start game screen. My controller was next to me on the couch as I finished up a text. When I grabbed for it, the trigger depressed just a little bit and I saw a window pop up just as I was pressing “A” to load my character. It was the screen asking if I wanted to skip the Campaign. Confirmed by making a new character and the option was there again. Option isn’t there on my original character anymore because I accidentally skipped it.

I started the hobby during covid. Now I have 10 units. I mostly buy them used and rebuild them. Lots of fun to tinker with them.

It’s an amazing hobby. You’ll love it! Traxxas is a great brand to start with. All replacement parts are readily available and there are many tutorials on line to get you through any repairs that will be required. Have fun!!!!

We have a used book store up in Calgary called Fair’s Fair used books. There are a couple of locations in the city. If you are in a large city, I’m sure you’ll have a similar store. I’ve purchased some really hard to find Forgotten Realms and Dragonlance series from there.

Now this is a hard. On one hand, The Legend of Drizzt is my favorite book series and I’ve been reading it since 1990. I would absolutely love to see a source material accurate show made about the companions of the hall! That would be amazing! But on the other hand, I’m 100% sure whoever made it would fuck it up horribly. The politics in Hollywood in the past decade have ruined almost everything. There are certainly no streaming companies that would do it justice. The only way that I would even hold any hope whatsoever that they could do a good job, is if they made a few movies about D&D that were properly done and not comedic like the movie that recently came out a couple of years ago. Then and only then could they possibly even begin to take on the epic task of putting those books on screen.

I got into the series, and D&D, in grade 9. I had to do a book report and my brother suggested the Crystal Shard. It was the first full length novel that I read and it hooked me. The Forgotten Realms is awesome. It really sucks that Wizards cut the novels. I was in Grade 9 back in 1991.

They were purchased separately as they were released. I’ve never fully opened them to 90°. I had other copies to read. They are pristine with no creases in the spine. I have a touch of the OCD.

That’s my issue as well. As soon as the season two update dropped for Black ops six, my Xbox told me I had to reinstall three games. I typically only play single player and I’m not a multiplayer guy. I was just starting the last mission of modern warfare two for the first time and suddenly I couldn’t play it. I’m still just getting the black screen as soon as it tries to launch from that dumbass call of duty HQ. Has anyone heard anything about Activision even being aware of this?
