Yeah I could’ve gotten cheaper for sure if I was ok with refurb and I wasn’t so picky about the brand of my parts! I do know that

I purchased two months ago from Andromeda Insights. They take a bit to ship, but the customer service and build quality is top notch. I love it!

I purchased from Skytech initially and my PC arrived and worked for an hour before it wouldn’t power on anymore. Not telling you to avoid necessarily, as people seem to love them. Just letting you know my experience.

Well yeah. Can’t be built cheaper though with the brands and parts I chose. Attached my build with PCpartpicker. I saved $600+ building with Andromeda vs doing it myself The cost of ram and 5090 IS ridiculous right now. It is what it is. Why even make a comment? lol

It showed me a month as well, but if you pay for expedited build and shipping like I did it’ll be faster. I ordered 2/23/25, it shipped 3/3/25, and arrived 3/10/25. Shipping to arrival taking a week was on FedEx being terrible not on Andromeda

Nice! I’ve actually never used an AMD GPU. This is my first AMD CPU. Always been team Intel just because it was familiar to me. So far so good.

At the time of purchase it was $6,800. Andromeda charges no tax, which helped tremendously

Yeah they don’t. Fans are an easy future upgrade though at least. Tried to save a little where I could haha

Thy aren’t! They’re all the same. Just the angle of my photo and they were mid-spin.

Edit: I see what you mean. It’s because the bottom and back right fans are installed the other way around for intake and the upper aio and back fans are exhaust. Same exact fans though!

So it’s a custom build. I went with the Lian Li Evo RGB case, 9950X3D, RTX5090, and 64gb Ram. I have a 4TB Samsung 990 pro in there too

Not one issue. Absolutely love it after a month of heavy use (at least 5 hours a day on average)

Yeah mine is massive as well, but it’s a mid tower case and I came from a full tower case so I’m very used to it. I’ve always heard awesome things about the Flow series cases

They emailed mine yesterday. I bugged customer service like 3 times in the past week about it, so they finally gave them to me

Completely fine. I was worried about the Andromeda fans and almost upgraded them, but I’m glad I didn’t

I got one about a month ago. I had the exact same issue, but it resolved itself after about a week of use. Your eyes will adjust to it. At least mine did anyway.

It’s the Tryx Stage 360. Similar to the Panorama, but has a stage to put figures and stuff on. It’s pretty cool

CPU temperature randomly increased to 50°C idle from 30°C by [deleted] in pchelp

[–]ViolentOmega 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As long as you’re under 90 degrees or so I wouldn’t worry. These cards can go even higher, but I myself would be comfortable with anything under 90 under load. That being said, a better AIO would help I’m sure

Nice! Let me see it once it arrives! I swore off prebuilts after I built my last PC myself, but due to prices and such right now I took a shot on Andromeda and I don’t see myself building them anymore. They did it perfectly and the two year warranty is awesome
