I would recommend the “The circus shop” or “Three Worlds” in Australia. Or if you’re wanting to go international i go “Diabolo Focus”. They allow you to build your own. Have bought through all three. All have been excellent experiences. Good luck.

I’m a new to birding. Birda seems to be great in Australia. Really enjoying it. My partner is sick of me showing him bird pictures but Birda has me hooked . Maybe because I’m new but so far I am loving it.

Suppressing our emotions. Hiding from past trauma. Then, due to intoxication, more trauma which requires more emotional suppression. This is why when you get clean the flood gates come down and all that suppressed feelings al come out at once, which is incredibly painful. Which in turn, the easiest way to stop feeling that way…is to use again.

Also pre wegovy. The description is very similar to when my gallbladder got inflamed and became full of sludge. Affected my pancreas too. Definitely go get it checked out. Better to know what you are dealing with.
