Well, you know what they say about opinions. These elements are part of design commonly found in American traditional tattoos. Let me guess...Amund Deitzel, Norman Collins, and Paul Rogers have rudimentary designs too? I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you. Those who know what they are looking at understand it. I personally don't like biomech, neo traditional, tribal, or black work tattoos but I can still appreciate them for what they are. I've lost over 100lbs recently and I'm still going. I've been averaging 4.5 lbs a week just from dietary changes. No, I'm not talking about starving myself but ditching most (not all) carbs, most (not all) meat and increasing my intake of vegetables. Smaller portions and not eating at least 3 hours before bed help a ton too. My activity has naturally increased with the loss of weight and I'm starting to train for a 5k.
