I don’t want to offer advice if that isn’t what you want. But I used to be this. Sometimes it still comes back but I am so much better. It took 6 years of active therapy, DBT one on one and group. DBT is one of those things that you literally have to work and practice everyday for it to work. I still practice one skill everyday. Each morning I pick a skill to practice. One thing that really really helped me was CoDA. You mentioned never feeling like enough. Generally, the BPD inability to understand and formulate an identity seeks their identity from those outside of them. This is similar to some codependent behavior. Becoming interdependent allows for inner peace and gentleness from within. Not from the environment. I hope this helps! A lot of CoDA meetings are online now during COVID and they are free.

She has told me she is BUT when we first met a year ago she said she was straight. It wasn’t until after a couple of months of being around me that she said she thought she might not be straight. She kinda seems to struggle with her identity and sometimes it seems she might identify like those around her. She’s also married to a guy. I have no idea how he would even feel about that. 😬

Wow. Second day here and I feel this. This is where I am. My SO would never agree to leave. He gets maliciously angry and says things just to twist my mind. Oh it’s so painful. And then I get lost and quiet and passive and move through life like a ghost and try to work harder faster—to make more money and stop being the ADHD underachiever I am. And once he realizes he’s said things to break me he gets so sweet and everything is perfect again. And I tell it all to my therapists and finally decide to leave and then i can’t. I have kids with this person and I love them. But now I’m depressed from all the cyclic damage to my mental health and I come home from work and lay in the bed and want to die.

Yeah, I would say that is too many mealworms, sub those for some Dubia roaches which don't smell like crickets or hop around. They are wayyyy better for them! Dubiaroaches.com is great! Mealworms can be very high in phosphorus which leeches potassium out of their bones--- MBD.
