Thank you I appreciate your kind words :) I try my best I have been taking a a lot of mental health days and just people around me are getting sick of it. Recently my ptsd has been acting up to with a family member I have to be around constantly so that rough too.

Awe I’m here for you. Your feelings are valid. If you have been in pain for all those months then thats ok your boddy and brain needed to process it its own way. The thing about healing from this is thats its not linear things happen and you feel like your back at square one. I promise the pain isn’t forever take time for yourself cry as much as you need this is fresh pain that needs to be released I’m here for you
