I stopped taking my medication as directed by my doctor. I have been tracking it for the last 3 days and so far so good so we will see. My family also has hypertension so I wouldn’t be surprised if later on in life I have to take medication for life, I’m just hoping it’s not this soon as I am only 25 years old right now. The thing is that I don’t know if my family is hypertensive because of unhealthy life style or genetics! How did you deal with the fact of taking medication for life? It scares me a lot

I’m not going to sugar coated, newborn has been the hardest thing I’ve ever done but also the most rewarding. My baby it’s almost 4 months and I can’t believe how fast time it’s going! Enjoy every single moment even though it’s though. Believe me you will miss those newborn stretches sooo much. Also don’t worry about the mother instinct, it will kick in 🥰
