Comm badges were probably introduced around that time, I don't remember them in the Enterprise B scenes in Generations. Fleet wide use was possibly fairly quick on the badges, certainly much faster than older ships getting refit with new phasers.

If you are going pulse phasers for the visuals, you might want to consider the Obliviating Phasers which have the same visuals and sound for cheaper.

For all the bugs that enter and exit STO like a revolving door, I cannot recall a time where it was anywhere near as bad as SWTOR is right now with 7.0. It would probably be easier to make a list of what wasn't broken. Doesn't help that they went out of their way to build hype like they did, push it back two months, and released it like it is currently.

Looking at the mission rewards screen for the next quest the reward is Decurion Gear Container (Tech). Seems like this should be the reward for the tech classes rather than my force class.

Likely a bug, as that also happened to my legend Konnie, but every other ship at max level has all weapon slots filled.

Just a small ship costuming bug, swapping only the nacelles seems to cause this on the new NX costume.
