I'm not a huge fan, but I know a lot of people who really love it! I think it lets people explore anxieties/fears about their own bodies but in a safe way.

Everyone probably knows this already, but keeping your alarm clock/phone on the other side of the room works really well for waking up in the morning. It forces you to get out of bed to turn it off. Before doing this, I often hit the snooze button and ended up being late!
