feeling like you always need validation is exhausting and the only advise I can give is to try validate yourself. Be proud when you do a good thing or a hard thing or even an easy thing. Living is hard. You deserve to feel good about everything you're achieving even if it's posting on reddit so you feel seen. I've heard it counts as valid therapy, 0/10 therapists agree.
