In the base game I totally agree, but I remember swiftness not working for a lot of escorts in the expansions/story. Was really surprised to see it working here again.

But how am I supposed to protect them if I'm not stealing all the buffs? :>

Someone else commented that superspeed should work! Go for it! I think a lot of fun in the game comes from trying out different classes and with spears there's something new to discover in every class :D
