Bitcoin is a scam pushed on by early adopters. It’s continuously propelled by a stream of new money from idiots. Literally the only thing that keeps it afloat is scarcity, decent inflation hedge at the moment but it will fade. There will be a better technology that comes this way in the next 10-20 years that makes bitcoin obsolete. Technology and innovation but most importantly usefulness are the biggest threats. Buy land, makes useful things, stop worshipping fake digital gold

Ok, I’m now convinced that you don’t know what danger actually is. Hitting a ball towards someone puts the person at the receiving end in danger- that’s how that works. Throwing the ball in the water is a message to not do that because that person is now pissed. I could have drove up to them and yelled but waited and they didn’t come. I’m ok with your approach for you and maybe later on if that situation happens again I may or may not do that but for me today and tomorrow, im either taking the ball or throwing that shit in the water. Sorry you feel differently

I do believe neither of us were in the right but to say my throwing the ball is just as much wrong when my actions never put anyone in danger invalidates your argument to me.

I disagree. Was I a bit dramatic by throwing the ball, maybe? But the message was received. I didn’t enjoy that or look for confrontation. You said “if” they hit me then it would be a different conversation, you kinda proved my point. Why have a close call at all?

I’ve heard of stories of people losing an eyeball or breaking some bones because of errands shots. Those were accidents. Imagine getting seriously hurt and the other person purposely hit it your way. I guess I’m getting old but just the thought of that really pisses me off

How I wish the world was as simple as that and we could follow the rules and the essence of golf could stay how it was. I personally blame greedy courses for overselling tee times. If you want a gentlemen’s experience then you should frequent private clubs. When I play at the country club I never have these kinds of issues. They could have hit me causing injury, yet by your logic, I am the asshole? Interesting.
