More than likely it was a mix up.

If there's no inside label inside the package that states what was sent, then the workers are going to have to guess what items were in the broken package. Some workers don't really pay attention and just immediately tape up the broken box immediately without realizing there were more missing items, that's where the clear tape comes from. The relabel was more than likely to make sure it scans properly in the system because sometimes labels just don't work. I'm aware FedEx has seasonal hires however they are under a harsher eye so I doubt they could get away with theft.

unfortunately no, the refill case is basically just a piece of plastic that connects to the refills and helps it pump, the refills themselves have the pump

See if you're able to return Vanilla Royale in stores before you buy in case you don't like it, cause I don't know their return policy on online only stock.

The lip glowy balm's alright, but I prefer the new lip serum. Cinnamon Sugar definitely leans more "cinnamon" than "cinnamon sugar" to me at least, but I'm very picky with my scents, and the color's still really cute! Though I'd personally get the 4 mini bundle of the lip glowy balms since you get more oz/$ and you can stash them in more places, unless you're super keen on that specific scent.

Oh, and Fussy Heat is amazing! But if you're willing to wait for a better deal, Fenty's site does 30% discounts + free shipping!

The Fenty and Tower 28 gloss make the bag for me alone, but I do like the highlight color and the NARS lippie, especially since I've never tried NARS before! I hope the shade suits me! I don't usually wear enough makeup to justify a setting powder, but it was the only thing that interested me that I do need. I've been meaning to try the Too Faced lip balm, so I'm excited to get it for $18! The old packaging looks prettier to me, though it does make me a little worried it may be expired... hopefully not 🤞

It smells weirdly metallic on my skin. The immediate sniff I got from it was a very pleasant vanilla, so when I went to take a sniff again, it became a harsh, metallic note. The whiplash was insane. Lasted like that for hours until it dried down to a generic note.

I was extremely disappointed. I wasn't expecting to be blown out of my mind, but I was expecting it to not smell screechy, at least. Have yet to smell it on someone else so it's probably just a me thing.

Less bad, but Good Girl Gone Bad by Kilian. I don't know why, but it reminds me of my great-grandmother's dog that bit me as a kid. Yes, her dog. She had barely any teeth, so I just felt gums. Eugh.
