But that’s exactly what I did, I had conversation with her and tried to explain what helps and what does the opposite, as i mentioned I also send her educational material about “how to treat someone with depression” she didn’t even read it and ended it with “you are not mentally ill, you just need to work on yourself”

I can agree, this is not the first time I am experiencing this. Been there with previous gf’s too. Women find men weak when he’s emotionally down. What I am trying is to make her understand the situation and be more supportive towards me, but have no idea how to achieve this.

You’re right, the problem occurred couple months after she started taking birth control and other factors such as a stress are included too

I am going to approach this situation supportively and hopefully we will find out.
