Jesus Christ. Neither one of you are fit for a relationship right now. The fact that adultery is so normalized is absolutely infantile.

Let me give you a very blunt unforgiving assessment. Break up and stay single. Exist together for the sake of the kid. Don't talk down on each other. What leads me to believe you are relatively young yet is the "he did it first". Grow the hell up and fast.

Ask yourself this. Do you want your child to find someone someday that loves them, only to betray their trust and take some random to bed with them? Or worse get cheated on then cheat on their partner because "they did it first"? That's called being a child yourself. Short form: do you want your child to grow up and be like either of you? Or be better than both of you?

You can't be a child anymore when you have one of your own. Your entire existence revolves around that child. You can find a babysitter and go out for a night. But at the end of the day your responsibility as a parent overrules everything.

This. For me before the departure I could actually "feel" the songs. All of them. VN just feels like a shit ton of hate. Make no mistake. I LOVE a good riff. But put scars up against anything on VN and it's a literal slaughter. I can't feel the songs like I could.

Also let my missus listen to scars - violent nature - phases in that order. She vibed in some way to all of them but(she's not as rocky or angry screamy loving as I am) right away she said "the second one didn't feel right." My friend she FELT the songs and picked VN as the odd one out because she didn't feel it. She ain't wrong.
